The Magnolia Revue “my alter ego” has its roots on the dusty roads and in the cotton fields of the Mississippi Delta. It’s inspiration is the Blues and soul of the Mississippi Delta. “Smoke Stack Lightin’, I’ve Got A Mind To Ramble, I’ve got a mind to roam,  I’ve Got A Mind To Stay At  Home, these traveling blues won’t leave me be.”  There is a brief mention of  plantation life, and life on the Blues Highway, as it is known today. There is also some of my travels and road trips with information on how to make the best of a vacation or tour with a little of my photography included.   2. Thanks for the sensible critique. Me & my neighbor were just preparing to do a little research on this. We got a a book from our area library but I think I learned more from this post. I am very glad to see such wonderful information being shared freely out there.
